References to "we", "us", "our", or "Tech Arizon" in these Terms refer to the business above. References to "you" or "client" refer to anyone using our website or engaging our services.

By using techarizon.com, you confirm that:

• You are at least 16 years of age
• You will not use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or its related systems
• You will not use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from our website without our written permission
• You will not transmit any harmful, offensive, or malicious content through any contact form or communication channel on this website

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website at any time, without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.

Tech Arizon provides digital services including but not limited to: website design and development, mobile application development, search engine optimisation, paid advertising management, graphic design, content writing, ERP and business software development, POS system development, and AI and automation implementation.

All service engagements are subject to:

• Agreed scope — a clearly defined project scope agreed in writing before work commences
• Confirmed timeline — a delivery timeline confirmed in writing and agreed by both parties
• Payment terms — payment structure agreed prior to project commencement

Services ordered through Fiverr (fiverr.com/awais443) are additionally governed by Fiverr's Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between Fiverr's terms and these Terms, Fiverr's Terms of Service take precedence for orders placed through that platform.

Direct Projects (off-platform):

• A deposit of 50% of the agreed project fee is required before work begins
• The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and delivery
• Payment methods accepted include: bank transfer, PayPal, Wise, and other methods agreed in writing
• Invoices are due within 5 business days of issue

Fiverr Orders:

• All payments are processed through Fiverr's secure payment platform
• Refunds for Fiverr orders are governed by Fiverr's cancellation and refund policy
• We do not process Fiverr refunds directly — all refund requests must be raised through Fiverr's Resolution Centre

Refunds for Direct Projects:

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
• If we fail to deliver the agreed scope within the confirmed timeline without valid cause, we will offer a proportional refund or additional work at no charge
• Refunds are not provided for scope changes requested by the client after work has begun

The number of revision rounds included in a project is agreed as part of the project scope. Revisions are defined as changes within the original agreed scope. Any of the following are considered additional work and may incur additional charges:

• Changes to the agreed design direction after approval
• Addition of new pages, features, or functionality beyond the original scope
• Changes to content or structure after development has begun
• New requirements not discussed or agreed at the scoping stage

We will always notify you before undertaking work that falls outside the original scope and will provide a clear cost estimate. No additional charges will be applied without your written approval.

Your content: All content you provide to us — text, images, logos, brand assets — remains your property at all times. We will never use your content for any purpose other than delivering your project.

Deliverables: Upon receipt of full payment, you own all deliverables produced specifically for your project — including design files, source code, and all associated assets. Full ownership is transferred to you.

Our portfolio rights: Unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing, we reserve the right to display your project in our portfolio and case studies for marketing purposes. We will never disclose confidential business information or sensitive data in doing so.

Our website content: All content on techarizon.com — including text, design, graphics, and code — is the intellectual property of Tech Arizon. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any part of our website content without our written permission.

Third-party assets: Some projects may incorporate third-party themes, plugins, stock images, or fonts. These remain subject to their original licences. We will inform you of any third-party licensing requirements relevant to your project.

To ensure timely and successful delivery of your project, you agree to:

• Provide all required content, assets, and information in a timely manner as requested
• Provide prompt feedback and approvals at each stage of the project
• Ensure that all content you provide does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• Ensure that all content you provide is accurate and legally compliant for your industry and jurisdiction
• Designate a single point of contact for project communications to avoid conflicting instructions

Delays caused by late provision of content, assets, or approvals from the client side may affect the agreed delivery timeline. We will notify you promptly of any such delays and adjust the timeline accordingly. We are not liable for delays caused by client-side inaction.

Both parties agree to treat all confidential information shared during the course of a project with strict confidentiality. This includes but is not limited to:

• Business strategies, plans, and financial information
• Client data, customer databases, and proprietary systems
• Trade secrets and technical specifications
• Any information explicitly marked as confidential by either party

Confidentiality obligations remain in place for 3 years after project completion. Exceptions apply where disclosure is required by law or where information is already publicly available through no breach by either party.

If you require a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for your project, please request one before work commences. We are happy to sign a client-provided NDA or provide our own.

Tech Arizon shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profit, data, or business opportunity
• Issues arising from third-party platforms, plugins, themes, or hosting providers beyond our control
• Losses resulting from client-provided content that is inaccurate, illegal, or infringes third-party rights
• Security breaches originating from third-party platforms or the client's own systems
• Downtime, performance issues, or data loss caused by hosting providers

We will always act in good faith and take reasonable steps to resolve any issues within our control. Our commitment to quality is reflected in our 4.9★ rating across 1,816+ reviews — but no service can guarantee outcomes beyond what we directly control.

We warrant that:

• All work delivered will be performed professionally and to a reasonable standard of quality
• All deliverables will materially conform to the agreed project scope
• We have the right to perform the services and deliver the work

We do not warrant that:

• Search engine rankings will achieve specific positions — SEO results depend on many factors outside our control
• Paid advertising campaigns will achieve specific ROAS or revenue targets — results vary by market, product, and budget
• Websites will be free from all bugs or compatible with every browser or device configuration in existence

Our website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our website will be available at all times or free from errors.

By you: You may terminate a project at any time by providing written notice. Work completed to the date of termination must be paid for in full. The deposit is non-refundable.

By us: We reserve the right to terminate a project if:

• Payment is not received within the agreed terms
• The client behaves abusively or unlawfully toward our team
• The project requires us to produce content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates third-party rights and the client refuses to revise the brief

In the event we terminate a project for the above reasons, we will deliver all completed work and invoice for work completed to that point. Any deposit paid for work not yet started will be refunded.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or any project engagement, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Multan, Pakistan.

For disputes arising from Fiverr orders, Fiverr's dispute resolution process applies first. Tech Arizon cooperates fully with Fiverr's Resolution Centre process.

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. The current version will always be available at techarizon.com/terms-and-conditions/ with an updated "Last Updated" date.

For projects already in progress, the Terms in effect at the time of project commencement apply unless both parties agree in writing to updated Terms. For new inquiries and projects, the Terms in effect at the time of engagement apply.

Continued use of our website after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
