Yes — every WordPress build includes a video walkthrough so you can edit text, images, and content yourself with no coding knowledge. We use Elementor Pro which has a visual drag-and-drop editor. Shopify builds include a full tutorial on managing products, inventory, and store settings.

Both — and we're transparent about it. For speed and cost-efficiency, we often start from a premium theme or template that's then heavily customized to match your brand and requirements. For full-stack projects, we build from scratch. Either way, the output is custom — never a generic out-of-box look.

At minimum: your logo, brand colors, the content you want on the site (text and images), and 2–3 reference sites you like the look or feel of. We can also help with content creation, logo design, and stock imagery if needed — just mention it in your brief.

Yes. We offer monthly maintenance retainers that cover plugin updates, security monitoring, backups, speed optimization, and minor content changes. Many clients stay on retainer after their initial build. Ask us about it when you enquire.
